Through my 90s phase of over plucking, my eyebrows have seen a lot of styles through the years! I have been using this brow pencil that was gifted to me by my dear friend. (Thanks Dar!) I still am learning the art of eyebrow definition, but have come a long way. This pencil has been such a great tool to have in my make up kit. Any tips for a great eyebrow?
