$1 Million Homes in Delaware, Idaho and North Carolina


This brick rowhouse is near the waterfront, with views of the Delaware River from the deck and backyard. It is within walking distance of a number of historic sites, including First State National Historical Park; Bull Hill, a park on the site of an old Dutch fort; and New Castle Battery Park, which has a walking path that winds along the riverfront. Nearby Delaware Street is lined with stores and restaurants, including an ice cream shop and a tavern in a circa 1724 building.

Wilmington is a 20-minute drive. The University of Delaware is about half an hour away, in Newark. Driving to Philadelphia takes less than an hour.

The Idaho State Capitol complex is five minutes away. Downtown Boise, with attractions like the Boise Art Museum and the riverfront Zoo Boise, is less than 10 minutes away. Driving to several popular ski resorts or to Craters of the Moon National Monument and Preserve takes about three hours.
