Everyone agrees that Damian Lillard could have a very big impact on the Milwaukee Bucks.

For years, he has been one of the best point guards in the league and the greatest player on the Portland Trail Blazers.

The pairing of Lillard along with Giannis Antetokounmpo could be astonishing and may lead the Bucks to their next championship.

Antetokounmpo spoke with SiriusXM NBA Radio about how his game will change now that he’s got Lilard by his side.

“I feel like I’m way more locked in…I have to be on point. When you have a guy like Dame next to you…you have to be ready,” Antetokounmpo said.

Antetokounmpo seems very enthusiastic about the idea of playing with Lillard.

He noted that he and his new teammate both play with a chip on their shoulders.

They are aggressive and play with something to prove.

Lillard’s skills and abilities require that everyone around him step up if they wish to win.

His level of expertise demands the best out of his teammates and Antetokounmpo is happy about that.

The addition of Lillard is a great opportunity for Antetokounmpo and his team to return to the Finals.

When the trade was completed, betting markets immediately claimed the Bucks were favorites to win the East.

But that will only happen if Milwaukee’s two leaders work well together, have a common goal, and also share a fiery, almost obsessive desire to find victory.

Both of these players have shown their intense need to win over the last few seasons, independently on their own teams.

Now they have come together and are going to push one another harder.
