LeBron James’ arrival turned the Miami Heat into the biggest juggernaut in the league.

They became the team to beat when he teamed up with Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh.

Wade and James go a long way back.

They have been friends since they entered the league in 2003, and their relationship only grew closer as the years went by.

That’s why it was kind of surprising to see that he wasn’t in attendance when Wade was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.

With that in mind, Stephen A. Smith took some time on his podcast to rip James for not being in attendance.

Smith started his rant by stating that James owes his championship pedigree to Wade.

He reminded everyone of how scared LeBron was when they met the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA Finals, with Jason Terry and J.J. Barea guarding him in the post.

James’ play in those NBA Finals was one of the biggest stains on his resume until he was finally able to get over the hump and win a championship.

Whatever the case, Wade was there for him on and off the court every time he needed him, and most people even expected James to be the one who introduced him to the Hall.

He may have his reasons, and they could be valid, but it was evident that people would talk about that.
