The start of the 2023-24 NBA season is still a couple of months away, with the Los Angeles Lakers and Denver Nuggets set to tip things off on October 24 in the Mile High City, followed by the Phoenix Suns going head-to-head with the Golden State Warriors in San Francisco.

Even though the start of the season is still a long way down the road, that hasn’t stopped some of the league’s best players from getting some work in on the hardwood during this NBA offseason.

One superstar that can never seem to get enough basketball is forward Kevin Durant, who was recently seen playing some pickup ball with Trae Young of the Atlanta Hawks and the Oklahoma City Thunder’s Chet Holmgren.

“Through The Lens” filmed some footage of these NBA stars going up against one another in what looks like a high school gym, via NBACentral.

All three of these players have some interesting storylines heading into the 2023-24 campaign, with Holmgren looking to make his debut after missing his entire rookie season due to an injury and Young trying to get the Hawks to the next level in order to make a deep run in the playoffs in the Eastern Conference.

As for Durant, he has another star teammate to play with in Phoenix, with Chris Paul now with the Warriors and Bradley Beal joining him and Devin Booker in Phoenix.

With the Suns bringing in another star, Phoenix will be a title contender right out of the gate next season, with some high expectations for this team for the next few years.
