The Los Angeles Rams won the Super Bowl in 2021 but were unable to find similar success in 2022.

Granted, their entire team was plagued with injury, but this season was largely disappointing just a year removed from their Super Bowl victory.

In an attempt to get the team back on track in 2023, Sean McVay has announced a laundry list of coaching changes that the team will be making.

The Rams are making significant coaching changes, firing at least five of their staff members.

If a team has a massive turnover like this, it can be difficult for a team’s new changes to take hold, especially right away.

During the 2021 season, it felt like the Rams could do no wrong.

Just a year removed from their success, however, the Rams are trying to rebuild their coaching staff, and have to hope for instant success.

Matthew Stafford and Cooper Kupp are not getting any younger, and both of these players will be coming back from gruesome injuries.

If their quarterback and main wide receiver aren’t clicking, it will be tough for their offense to get going in 2023.

It doesn’t matter who the Rams bring in for new coaches if their team suffers from injury the way they did this season.

For the Rams’ sake, we’re hoping for a big turnaround in 2023, especially considering their dominant Super Bowl run just a year ago.

Will an almost brand-new coaching staff be the catalyst for an improved season?

We’ll have to find out, as the Rams have a lot of hiring decisions to make.
