The San Francisco 49ers struck gold when they drafted middle linebacker Fred Warner out of BYU in the third round of the 2018 draft.
Since then, he has become a three-time All-Pro and one of the best overall players in the NFL.
Luckily for the San Francisco 49ers, Warner hopes to play at least another decade.
“Hopefully I could play another 10 years,” Warner said Friday (via Rearview).

The 27-year-old is in the prime of his career and one of the leaders out in the Bay Area.
If not for his play over the last handful of seasons, it is hard to say if the Niners reach multiple Super Bowls.
Warner has recorded 115+ tackles, four or more pass deflections, and at least one turnover in his first six seasons.
His best season came in 2021 when he recorded 137 total tackles, seven tackles for loss, and three fumble recoveries.
He is a true franchise cornerstone.
He will have to perform down the stretch for this team just as he has done his entire career.
The 49ers are sitting at a record of 4-4 through eight games and need to catch fire at some point soon.
The NFC is a loaded conference with plenty of possible playoff teams.
For San Francisco to make the playoffs, they likely need to win 10+ games.
Fred Warner and the defense can be the driving force behind another great San Francisco run if they can put the pedal to the metal starting on Sunday in Tampa Bay.
