2024 McDonald’s All-American Girls Basketball Game

Unlike the boys’ game that went down to the wire, the East absolutely dominated the McDonald’s All-American Girls Basketball Game. Five players on the team scored double-digit points as the group ran to a 98-74 victory over the West in this prestigious game between the best high school basketball players in the country.

Sarah Strong and Joyce Strong, both on Team East and ranked the top two players in the country on ESPN’s rankings, were named Co-MVPS of the game. Strong, of Grace Christian School (N.C.), posted a double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds. Edwards, of Camden (N.J.), had a game-high 19 points on 8-for-11 shooting in 19 minutes of play.
