A lot of excitement has surrounded the New York Jets over the past year.

After years of frustration and disappointment, the Jets added Aaron Rodgers to their roster ahead of the 2023 season.

He might have been injured last year, but it appears that he is getting back to full health, ready to bring this team the success they were lacking last year.

In an effort to get better, the Jets recently signed Mike Williams in free agency, adding yet another skill-position player for Rodgers.

This was received well around the league, especially by his high-flying teammate, Sauce Gardner.

Gardner took to Twitter to express his excitement for the addition of Williams, posting a photo of his new teammate.

Gardner is only entering his third NFL season, but he is already known as one of the best defenders in the league.

He is slated to continue his dominance on the defensive side of the ball, and if Williams can do his part on the offense, the Jets will be that much better.

It will be interesting to see how Rodgers performs in 2024, especially since he is coming off an Achilles injury.

Every player responds differently to this injury, and if his body isn’t fully healed at the beginning of the year, it could spell trouble for this offense, even with a veteran player like Williams on the roster.

The team also has Garrett Wilson, who has also established himself as a tremendous pass-catching option for whatever quarterback is throwing him the ball.
