The 2024 NBA All-Star Weekend has been an exciting reprieve for teams and fans, but the final event on the docket is set for Sunday as the annual All-Star Game will take place.

The All-Star Game has always been a chance for fans to see the best of the best compete against one another, and this year’s exhibition game features a mix of young and old.

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James led the fan vote and serves as the captain of the Western Conference, while Giannis Antetokounmpo will be the one to lead the Eastern Conference.

James and Antetokounmpo have faced off as captains in years past and have historically been good for a few highlight-reel plays during the game.

However, who ends up being the All-Star Game MVP is anyone’s guess as teams will generally look to feed whoever has it going from the field.

Odds have come out for the award, with James and Antetokounmpo having the most favored odds via NBC.

“Giannis Antetokounmpo +600, LeBron James +700, Jayson Tatum +900, Kevin Durant +1100, Damian Lillard +1100, Anthony Edwards +1100.”

It’s no surprise to see the two captains leading the pack, though the other players listed can easily go off offensively.

Jayson Tatum and Kevin Durant can heat up in a hurry, while Damian Lillard is known for getting hot as well.

Meanwhile, Anthony Edwards appears to be the next face of the league and there’s no better way to announce his arrival than by putting on an offensive show.
