Ravens TE Makes Wild One-Handed TD Grab Against Dolphins

The Baltimore Ravens have been able to sustain some key injuries during the 2023 NFL season, though it looked like the offense would take a massive hit when Mark Andrews suffered an ankle/fibula injury earlier this year.

Andrews has been Lamar Jackson’s most reliable target in the passing game and was in the midst of another productive season before getting hurt.

Head coach John Harbaugh said there’s a chance Andrews can return during the playoffs, but in the meantime, backup tight end Isaiah Likely has been starting in his place.

Likely may not be the same level of player, but he’s got explosive burst and speed that makes him a friendly target for Jackson.

The second-year player was having a quiet Week 17 against the Miami Dolphins as he didn’t draw a target for most of the first half.

However, he may have made the play of the afternoon when he managed to haul in a touchdown pass with one hand that had the Ravens and their fans excited via FOX.

On 4th-and-7, Jackson finds himself under pressure but somehow buys enough time to find Likely downfield who snags the pass with one hand before running it into the end zone.

Likely would score another touchdown later in the game, showing the league that he’s a capable replacement for Andrews and another threat in the Ravens’ passing game.

It feels like Baltimore is clicking on all cylinders at this point of the season, and that bodes well for their Super Bowl hopes.
