The Los Angeles Rams are no longer the powerhouse they used to be.

However, one thing’s for sure: Aaron Donald is still a superstar, and he’s far from done in this league.

That’s not a coincidence, at least not according to former Rams OT Andrew Whitworth.

Talking to Kevin Clark, the 16-year pro raved about Donald’s work ethic, stating that he put in the same work every day regardless of how much he had accomplished in the league.

Whitworth stated that Donald works out with the same passion and grit as the players who haven’t made a cent yet, which is quite inspiring, considering he is one of the highest-paid players in the game.

Most people thought Donald’s downfall was just around the corner after watching him struggle so badly last season, mostly because of injuries.

And with his team parting ways with multiple veterans and looking far from the juggernaut they once were, it wasn’t shocking to see many reports and rumors about Donald’s alleged desire to retire.

Even so, he’s looked like a man on a mission since the start of the season, and he’s still a force to reckon with every single time he lines up on the field.

People are wary of putting him on the same level as the legendary Lawrence Taylor because of how physical the game used to be during L.T.’s heyday, but he should be at least in the conversation of the greatest defensive players of all time.
