Anthony Davis was the No.1 pick in the 2012 NBA Draft.

He’s been in the league for 11 years, and chances are he won’t be there in, say, six or seven years from now.

What we mean by this is that he’s just not going to change who he is at this point, so maybe it’s time we stop demanding anything different from him.

At least someone should tell Richard Sherman that, as the former NFL star was livid at the fact that Davis failed to show up when the Los Angeles Lakers needed him the most — again.

In the latest edition of Undisputed, Sherman asked whether he should file a missing person report for Davis, who failed to score a single point in the fourth quarter of a three-point loss to the Dallas Mavericks.

Skip Bayless pointed out the fact that Davis’ only shot in the fourth quarter came with seven minutes left in the game, and that was his only contribution to the team.

Sherman put him on blast for not giving LeBron James any help on a night when James put up 16 points in the fourth quarter.

On top of that, he roasted him for being great in the first game of a back-to-back and completely disappearing in the following game.

Davis has often struggled on the backend of back-to-backs, and some believe his conditioning should be to blame for that.

Whatever the case, he’s always been that way, and he’s a veteran entering the backend of his prime, so it shouldn’t surprise us anymore.
