The Detroit Lions bounced back in a big way after their tough loss to the Baltimore Ravens, taking down the Las Vegas Raiders at home for an easy win on Monday Night Football.

Dan Campbell’s team dominated on both sides of the field with a 26-14 win, but the game was way more lopsided than one would think from that score.

The Lions were so dominant that even LB Alex Anzalone was able to get to Jimmy Garoppolo twice, getting his eighth and ninth career sack in the win.

Talking about that, the veteran defender told Bridget Condon that he was able to turn into a pass rusher all of a sudden because of how easy his teammates make things for him.

The Lions had over three times as many yards as the Raiders (486 to 157), all while running almost twice as many plays (81 to 45), to get their record to 6-2 and drop the Raiders to 3-5.

On the downside, they weren’t as efficient as usual in the red zone, going just 1-for-5 and scoring just 13 points inside the Raiders’ 20-yard line.

Even so, they didn’t need to bring their A-game to handcuff a stagnant and predictable Raiders offense that failed to top the 20-point plateau for the seventh time this season.

Jared Goff threw for 272 yards, one touchdown, and one pick-six returned 75 yards by Marcus Peters.

The most positive note came from standout rookie Jhamyr Gibbs, who finally rewarded his fantasy owners by rushing 26 times for 152 yards and one score, adding five catches for 37 yards.
