$2.7 Million Homes in California


This house is a few blocks south of Beverly Boulevard, within walking distance of Larchmont Village and a stretch of Western Avenue with some of the city’s most popular Korean restaurants. It is a 10-minute walk from a playground and a pavilion with picnic tables at Robert Burns Park, and less than a mile from a public elementary school. The Paramount Studios complex is five minutes away by car.

Hollywood is about 10 minutes away. Driving to downtown or the University of Southern California campus takes about 15 minutes.
