The one team in the NBA right now that seems determined to contend for an NBA title next season is the Phoenix Suns, who are making all sorts of moves to right the ship and get this star-studded team in the title-contending conversation.

Although the move to trade for superstar forward Kevin Durant still seems fresh for this franchise under new ownership, the team has done a few other things to help with the championship push.

Firstly, the team parted ways with head coach Monty Williams, which was shocking, but they were able to bring in a one-time champion in Frank Vogel, who tends to win over his players, as he did with the Indiana Pacers and Los Angeles Lakers.

Then the Suns made another blockbuster trade to acquire sharpshooting guard Bradley Beal from the Washington Wizards, which almost certainly was a step in the right direction.

On Monday, Beal gave Suns fans a glimpse of what he’ll look like in his new jersey, via NBA TV.

Although this was another splashy move by the Suns that sent shockwaves throughout the league, it remains to be seen if the new Big 3 in Phoenix will work the way the team’s brass hopes it will.

Phoenix will be a team to watch during the 2023-24 NBA season, as it will either be one of the most entertaining and dominant teams in the league or an absolute disaster that could last a few years.

Only time will tell if the Suns can put it together and make a run at a championship, but one thing is sure: it will be a media circus in Phoenix all year long.
