Crosby, a three-time Stanley Cup champion, hails from nearby Cole Harbour, N.S. In 2018, he was voted the province’s greatest athlete of all-time.
The Senators are also scheduled to play a pre-season game against the Florida Panthers on Oct. 1 in Sydney, N.S.
