The New York Jets have to feel quite good about their chances ahead of next season.

They pulled off exactly what they wanted to do by trading for Aaron Rodgers, and now they just need to lock in Quinnen Williams for the future with an extension to have their core locked and loaded for the future.

That’s why HC Robert Saleh believes the team has had a positive offseason, stating that he can feel the enthusiasm throughout the course of OTAs.

The Jets coach also raved about having Aaron Rodgers there, stating that his presence has obviously elevated everything, which was expected by having a first-ballot Hall of Famer on the team.

Saleh praised Rodgers’ knowledge of the game and how he’s going to make everybody on the team better.

Notably, he might be the greatest quarterback the franchise has ever had, even ahead of Super Bowl-winning and Gotham legend QB Joe Namath.

The Jets had a high ceiling before his arrival, but it wasn’t as high as it is nowadays.

Poor QB play held them back last season, and getting one of the best to ever throw a football while not jeopardizing their future was one of the most massive wins any NFL front office could’ve dreamed of.

Expectations are now at an all-time high for the organization, and rightfully so.

As promising as their present is, their Super Bowl window might close right before their eyes, so they better make the most of it while they still can.
