Ja Morant, the ultra-talented star guard of the Memphis Grizzlies, appears to be in trouble once again.

Earlier this season, he posted an Instagram Live in which he gleefully toted a gun, and he was suspended as a result by both the Grizzlies and the NBA.

But just a few weeks ago, he again showed off a gun during another Instagram Live, and many have felt that this time, he could be in for an even stiffer suspension that could cost him lots of next season.

Commissioner Adam Silver seemed to hint as much when he commented on the latest in the league’s investigation into Morant’s most recent incident.

As a result, fans are fearing the worst.

After being named the NBA’s Rookie of the Year in the 2019-20 season, Morant has been an All-Star in each of the last two seasons, and last year he made the All-NBA Second-Team.

He averaged 26.2 points and 8.1 assists a game this season while leading the Grizzlies to the second-best record in the Western Conference.

Many have felt lately that the team is on the verge of becoming a legitimate title contender, but it now looks like Morant has torpedoed their chances of doing something special next season.

Hopefully, Morant gets his act together, because he’s one of the game’s best and most exciting stars.
