Skip Bayless Names His Clear Favorite To Win NBA Finals

The Phoenix Suns are the team to beat right now, at least on paper.

They’ve only lost one game with Kevin Durant on the floor, and while the playoffs are a whole different thing from the regular season, they’re just too talented and well-coached.

That’s why even Skip Bayless believes they could beat anybody in the Western Conference and even predicted them to win the NBA Finals over the Philadelphia 76ers.

Of course, Bayless has always been a big fan of Durant, so maybe, we should take that prediction with a grain of salt.

Also, a one-two punch of Russell Westbrook and Kawhi Leonard was good enough to get one game away from him, so maybe LeBron James and Anthony Davis, Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray, or James Harden and Joel Embiid could do the same.

The battle for the West could be one for the ages.

The Suns and Denver Nuggets took care of business in just five games, whereas the Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors are one win away from facing off on the other side of the bracket.

As for the East, the Miami Heat and New York Knicks series looks like a bit of a coin-toss, as both teams are coming off upset wins and are tough as nails on both ends of the floor.

So, the Sixers will have plenty of work to do to fulfill Skip’s prophecy, as they’ll most likely have to run through the Boston Celtics first.
