According to Innova’s Lifestyles & Attitudes 2022 Survey, 34% of consumers have noticed healthier choices and alternatives when shopping for food and beverages in the past year. This shows that food manufacturers are responding to the growing consumer demand for clean label and better-for-you products. The organic symbol is one of the most recognizable symbols in clean eating, providing consumers with the belief that the product is better for them and sustainable. Having a trusted symbol can help maintain prices during turbulent times, as 33% of consumers are willing to pay extra for clean label products.
