For the second time in 2022, the Indianapolis Colts are benching quarterback Matt Ryan.
After a disastrous collapse in their last game against the Minnesota Vikings, the team has had enough of Ryan.
With the team now turning to Nick Foles, fans are reacting to the latest move by the Colts.
Fans Have Plenty To Say Over The Ryan Benching
It all started on Wednesday when Adam Schefter confirmed Foles was starting on Monday.
And now HC Jeff Saturday has made the announcement official: QB Nick Foles will start Monday night vs. the Chargers. pic.twitter.com/CCo5uRFg0C

The fan reactions to the benching were wide in range.
One fan points out how the Colts wish they kept Carson Wentz, their starting quarterback last season.
Bet they wish they didn’t ship Wentz out of town.

Other fans feel Foles is the better quarterback and are glad he’s playing.
Have they had nick foles this whole time? Just leaving their best qb on the practice squad?

THE GOAT IS BACKKK

However, another fan feels the Foles magic only happens when he comes in as a reliever.
Nah they messed up. You have to start Marty Ice and then bench him after the first drive. You aren’t getting any Nick Foles magic by starting him. Rookie head coach mistake I guess🤷♂️

While the Super Bowl MVP quarterback was getting most of the attention, some fans poked fun at Ryan.
With his last game being a 33-point blown lead, fans can only laugh at his suffering.
LMAO MATT RYANS LAST GAME EVER WAS A 33-0 BLOWN LEAD 😂

Other fans see this benching as Jeff Saturday’s way of putting Ryan out of his misery.

However, there is a fan who wishes someone could end the NFL season right now.
End the season already

With all the suffering Colts fans have gone through this season, it’s understandable why they want the 2022-23 season to be over.
For them, they have seen their team struggle all year while losing their best player to an injury.
They continue to see lackluster coaching, which is leading to more losses.
It’s reasonable for them to want their season to end before things get worse.
