Sunday was not just a big day for Los Angeles Clippers star Ivica Zubac – it was a huge day.
The Bosnian center was all over the court and left Clippers fans cheering when the game was finally over.
For years now, he has been an unsung hero for the team but he had a stellar performance on Sunday.

Zubac dropped 31 points and 29 points in the win against the Indiana Pacers.
He also had 3 blocks and 3 assists on top of that and was 14-of-17 from the field.
This was a huge night for a huge talent and fans of the Clippers are hoping that Zubac has a lot more to offer the team in the weeks and months ahead.
Oh, What A Night
Zubac just became the first player to score 30 points and 25 rebounds in a game while shooting at least 80% since Shaquille O’Neal back in 2004.
He is also just the third player in the history of the league to have at least 31 points, 29 rebounds, and 3 blocks in a single game and the first to do it since Kareem Abdul-Jabbar all the way back in 1978.
Wow.
The other players on the team were cheering Zubac on.
They have known for a long time just how special he is.
Throughout his career, Zubac has played for both the Lakers and Clippers and has been a reliable center who doesn’t get a lot of attention or garner many headlines.
But he’s coming into his own a lot more with this latest iteration of the Clippers.
He started in every game last season and has done the same so far this year.
He’s becoming a crucial part of the team and their dreams of finally making the Finals.
Following Sunday’s huge game, you can easily see why.
