The Atlanta Braves managed to spark a two-out rally last night against the Philadelphia Phillies when Ronald Acuna Jr. was hit by a pitch on the elbow.
From there, the Braves went on to score three runs in the bottom of the sixth, which was enough for them to take Game 2 of the NLDS and even the series at a game apiece.
The series now shifts to Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia.
But two outs is no pressure on the Braves.
In fact, that’s when they seem to do their best work.
This season, they’re first in all of baseball in runs, home runs, average, and OPS with two outs.

Two-Out Magic
When the going gets tough, the tough gets going for the Braves.
It’s as if they feed off of that pressure to make things happen.
And their rally was enough to make a winner out of Kyle Wright and give them some momentum heading into the next two games in Philadelphia.
Matt Olson broke the scoreless tie with an RBI single, and Austin Riley and Travis d’Arnaud followed up with RBI singles of their own to extend the Braves lead to 3-0.
All of that came with two outs.
Now, the Braves find themselves right back in the series and with a chance to take a 2-1 lead in Game 3.
The Braves have done some of their best work this season with two outs and they did it again last night.
It led them to an important victory as they avoided falling behind 2-0 in the series before traveling to Philadelphia.
The Braves have yet to announce their Game 3 starter.
The Phillies will have Aaron Nola on the mound.
