There are currently several head coaching openings across the NFL, and some are obviously more appealing than others.
The teams with those openings have been starting to conduct interviews, and hiring the right man for the job could be the first domino to fall as far as the other moves they will make in the weeks and months to come.
Of all the openings right now, Jimmy Johnson of Fox Sports, who was a great head coach back in his day, feels the Chicago Bears have the most appealing situation.

The Bears went just 5-12 this season and had a 10-game losing streak at one point, which cost their last permanent head coach, Matt Eberflus, his job, but there is potential there.
They have a rookie quarterback in Caleb Williams who struggled quite often this season but clearly has talent and may just need the right head coach and coaching staff to achieve greatness.
He already has three viable playmakers in wide receivers Rome Odunze, Keenan Allen and D.J. Moore, and while their defense struggled in November and December, they do have some pieces there.
Chicago has often been described as a place where young potential-laden quarterbacks go to die, but they finally have one with lots of natural talent who they could still mold into a franchise cornerstone.
They have reportedly interviewed a large number of candidates, including Pete Carroll, Ben Johnson, Ron Rivera and Mike McCarthy.
