The “Juice” singer flaunted her trimmer figure for fans, while also giving them a peek at her wood therapy practice, a holistic routine that can help reduce cellulite, wrinkles and stress, according to Healthline.
“I’m proud of the ways you’re deciding to show up for yourself,” Lizzo wrote alongside the Jan. 7 Instagram video. “I’m proud of the boundaries you’ve set. Amazing things will happen to you today. Now say that 3 times out loud.”
In the video, the 36-year-old could be seen sporting an itty-bitty black bikini and sunglasses as she used several wooden tools all over her stomach, arms, legs and face. And fans were obsessed with getting a look at Lizzo’s regimen.
“I need the links to every apparatus used in this video,” one user wrote in the comments, “cause I don’t see not one stretch mark or cellulite on you.”
