Said Trudeau: “There isn’t a snowball’s chance in hell that Canada would become part of the United States.”

It also brought into sharp focus the fact that Mr. Trudeau is now essentially a lame-duck leader who will have a challenging time trying to negotiate with Mr. Trump.”
