The NFL world banded together after legendary wide receiver Randy Moss announced that he had been diagnosed with cancer.
In an Instagram Live post, Moss revealed that doctors found the cancer in his bile duct between his pancreas and liver.
Moss also revealed that he had surgery and spent six days in the hospital.
The outpouring of support from NFL members to fans has been massive, a sign of how the football community regards Moss and what he’s done for the game.
Moss has stepped away from his duties as an ESPN analyst, as nothing is more important right now than his health.
After Moss made his announcement, former New England Patriots star Rob Gronkowski sent a heartfelt message to his former teammate.
“Love you Randy. Dominating opponents is what you always have done and you will sure do it again! You got this!!” Gronkowski wrote on X.

Moss posted a link to his website, which features several T-shirts and hoodies available for purchase to support his cause.
During his time in the NFL, Moss was famous for climbing over the top of defenders for receptions and touchdowns, so it’s a clever marketing technique given his recent diagnosis.
Like Gronkowski, there are countless people rooting for Moss because of his popularity as a player and what he’s meant to fans over the years.
