A.J. Brown Had One Word When Asked What Eagles Need To Improve

[ad_1]

The Philadelphia Eagles are currently riding a nine-game winning streak.

They’ve won eleven of their thirteen games this season.

However, it doesn’t sound like they’re satisfied at all.

If anything, it sounds like they’re not even happy with their performances.

At least, that’s what one could get from A.J. Brown’s latest comments.

When asked what the team needed to improve for the final stretch of the season, the talented wideout bluntly responded: passing.

It didn’t take long before these comments went viral.

Throwing your quarterback under the bus when you have the second-best record in the NFC is slightly surprising.

Granted, Jalen Hurts has never been known for being the most proficient passer in the game, but it’s not like he’s struggled this season.

He has missed some wide-open looks, yet Brown’s downtick in numbers has been mostly related to his injuries and Saquon Barkley’s presence.

It’s okay to be ambitious and want to be perfect every week.

Then again, that response will only drive attention away from what’s actually important about this team.

Once again, the media and fans will discuss the Eagles, but it will have nothing to do with what is happening on the field.

Even if he actually feels that way, venting it out to the media may not be the wisest decision.

The Eagles definitely don’t need this kind of distraction as they enter the final month of the season, and this will be a story to watch closely.
