The New York Jets need a lot of help right now.
They may have one of the most talented rosters in the game, but they don’t have any sort of accountability or clear direction.
Granted, they need a general manager to pull the strings, but more urgently, they need a head coach.
That’s why, with a report stating Mike Vrabel would be willing to consider the position, Jets fans are taking to social media and urging the team to hire him.

Vrabel made a name for himself as a head coach during his stint with the Tennessee Titans.
The former NFL linebacker is a proven defensive-minded coach and a hard-nosed competitor who’s going to hold everybody to a high standard.
That’s what the Jets need.
Their defense took a major hit once they fired head coach Robert Saleh and promoted defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich.
Someone like Vrabel could get the defense back to an elite form.
Of course, there’s also the problem of quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
The former MVP has looked like a shell of himself this season, and some believe he just doesn’t have it anymore.
But given all the talent they have, the Jets might not even need Rodgers to be the player he once was.
They just need to find a capable coach and get back to their dominant defensive ways, and any sort of competent quarterback play might be enough to get them into the playoffs sooner rather than later.
