Robert Griffin III Names Top-5 Teams In NFL

The NFL is starting to hit the homestretch as the calendar has turned to December.

That said, pundits on all major networks and social media have released their lists of the league’s top five teams.

Former NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III posted his list on Wednesday afternoon via social media.

He has the Detroit Lions at No. 1, the Philadelphia Eagles at No. 2, the Buffalo Bills at No. 3, the Kansas City Chiefs at No. 4, and the Pittsburgh Steelers at No. 5.

It is hard to argue with the teams on this list.

The Detroit Lions certainly look like the best team in football given that they are 11-1 and haven’t lost since Week Two.

In Philadelphia, the Eagles have won eight consecutive games since their bye week and could have the NFC East wrapped up fairly soon.

The Buffalo Bills look like they could be the best team in the AFC at the moment.

After beating the Kansas City Chiefs a few weeks ago, head coach Sean McDermott and Co. recently wrapped up their fifth consecutive division title.

Speaking of the Chiefs, Patrick Mahomes and Co. have just one loss and have seemingly not played their best football.

They are also the back-to-back Super Bowl champions.

Finally, the Pittsburgh Steelers are leading the AFC North at a record of 9-3 and have plenty to play for down the stretch.

You do not want to be the opposing team traveling to play Pittsburgh on the road in mid-January.
