As Black Friday weekend slides into more glorious Cyber Monday savings, the deals seem to be ramping up across a ton of categories, including clever smart home devices and light displays. This includes some of our favorites from Govee, currently as much as 47% off. An editor-loved brand here at CNET, I’ve purchased a few Govee lights over the years but right now I am buying these Govee Christmas Lights for two very big reasons. One, they are on sale for 30% off, down to just $56. And two, every year my family enters into the great debate over what looks better on a tree: colored lights or all white.
If this all goes according to my plan, my purchase of this 66-foot set of smart string lights for our holiday tree will end this battle once and for all because these lights do ALL the colors and then some. The lights are also rated for outdoor use, in case my plan goes south and I end up decorating a tree in the front yard.
