When something is this good, it requires a major moment—or two.
Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good are officially engaged and, as Meagan revealed, Jonathan ended up actually popping the question twice.
“We did two proposals,” she told E! News’ Francesca Amiker at the EBONY Power 100 Gala in Los Angeles Nov. 17. “We’re going to keep it to ourselves, but it was very—I was very shocked, and it was wonderful. And I was like, ‘Wait, are you serious?’”
As Jonathan quipped, “Don’t do anything by half.”
And for the newly engaged couple, sharing the happy news at the EBONY Power 100 Gala is especially poignant.
“Well, we met here two years ago,” Jonathan revealed, joking of the carpet, “Well, not this spot, but EBONY.”
Meagan added, “EBONY Power 100 is the event that we met at in the bathroom, in the unisex bathroom.”
Megan, 43, and Jonathan, 35, began dating in May 2023—after he was arrested over an alleged domestic dispute with ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari.
