The Baltimore Ravens could’ve had a better record than what the standings say.

They were one shoe size away from taking down the Kansas City Chiefs in the season opener.

Then, they blew leads late in games against the Las Vegas Raiders and Cleveland Browns, but they could have legitimately been undefeated this season.

Notably, most of that has to do with their offense.

Their defense still needs to figure out a couple of things, especially against the pass, but the offense has been dominant and explosive.

That’s why NFL analyst Mina Kimes believes no one, not even the defending Super Bowl champions, wants to come across them.

Talking on ESPN’s “First Take,” Kimes raved about the Ravens’ offense spacing, personnel, scheming, and execution.

She believes other teams will have to pick their poison against them, as they can kill their opposition with the play-action pass if they commit to stopping the run and vice versa.

Derrick Henry’s addition has done wonders for Todd Monken’s offense.

He’s proven to be the most unstoppable running back in the game, and with that kind of run-blocking, he’s constantly finding open lanes for big gains.

On the other hand, Lamar Jackson continues to make strides in the pocket, and he’s improved significantly as a passer.

The Ravens haven’t been that consistent, and they clearly miss former defensive coordinator Mike Macdonald.

Even so, their best version might be the best team in the NFL; they just need to bring that version every game day, especially when they step foot in the playoffs.
