Donald Trump‘s family is ushering in his new presidential chapter.
After NBC News projected that the Republican candidate defeated Democratic opponent Kamala Harris to become the 47th president of the United States, his loved ones, including granddaughter Kai Trump, showed their support.
“No one works harder or cares more about the American people,” Kai—the 17-year-old daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and ex-wife Vanessa Trump—wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter, Nov. 6. “Congratulations Grandpa, I love you!”
The competitive golfer and older sister to Donnie Trump, 15, Tristan Trump, 13, Spencer Trump, 12, and Chloe Trump, 10, also shared a photo with her grandpa from election night, adding, “The future gonna be fantastic.”
Trump echoed her sentiments during his victory speech at Florida’s Palm Beach Convention Center.
“I want to thank the American people for the extraordinary honor of being elected your 47th president and your 45th president,” he told the crowd while onstage with Vice President-elect JD Vance, per NBC News. “This was a movement like no one has ever seen before. Frankly, I believe this was the greatest political movement of all time.”
“Now it is going to reach a new level of importance,” Trump, the only impeached president to seek re-election, added. “Because we are going to help our country heal.”
