6 Simmer Pots to Make This Winter

Is there anything better than walking into a home with an overwhelming scent of the holidays? Scent is the best way to set the tone and welcome others [and yourself] into a home. That’s where we bring in the simmer pot! Simmer pots are basically a stove-top homemade potpourri. Think cinnamons, fruits, herbs, vanillas – there are so many different combinations of things you can put in them! In general, you put all of the items in a pot on the stove with water, and let it simmer for a few hours to have your home smelling like incredible for days on end!

PRO TIP: set a timer so you don’t forget to turn it off, and don’t leave home with it still on either!

Take a look below at several of our favorite simmer pot recipes to make this season!
