Kyren Williams continues his remarkable scoring run for the Los Angeles Rams, proving himself a reliable end zone threat even as key receivers Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua returned to action Thursday night against the Vikings.

The dynamic running back added to his impressive season tally when Matthew Stafford connected with him on a precise 5-yard touchdown pass during a crucial third-and-goal situation.

This marked Williams’ 10th touchdown of the season, split between eight rushing and two receiving scores.

His impact on the Rams’ offense has been substantial, accounting for all but two of the team’s touchdowns this season.

The score held additional significance as it represented the Rams’ first opening-quarter touchdown of the year. Williams’ contribution to the scoring drive included 18 yards on three carries before securing the touchdown reception, leveling the score at 7.

Williams’ scoring prowess has placed him in elite company, as he extended his touchdown streak to 10 consecutive games.

This achievement stands as the most impressive run by a Rams player since Todd Gurley’s 13-game streak spanning the 2017 and 2018 seasons.

The Rams’ offensive momentum continued on their subsequent drive when Stafford, evading defensive pressure, found Cooper Kupp for a seven-yard touchdown.

The score carried special meaning for Kupp, marking both his first reception since an ankle sprain in Week 2 and a milestone moment as he pulled even with Elroy Hirsch for third place in franchise history with 53 receiving touchdowns.

As the teams headed to halftime deadlocked at 14-14, both sides faced key adjustments for the remainder of the contest.
