It wasn’t all good news for the Houston Texans on Sunday.
While they pulled out a dramatic 23-20 win over the Buffalo Bills, a hamstring injury to star wide receiver Nico Collins looks like it will keep him out for several weeks.
Collins’ injury designation was changed from day-to-day to week-to-week on Monday.
Collins went to the medical tent after hauling in a 67-yard touchdown catch in the first quarter on Sunday and did not return.
The Texans led 14-3 at the time, but couldn’t find the end zone the rest of the way. They prevailed after the Bills had some poor clock management in the final minute, giving the Texans time for a walk-off, 59-yard field goal.
Collins leads the league with 567 receiving yards this season. He also has three touchdowns for the Texans (4-1).
Collins, 25, had a career-best 1,297 receiving yards last year.
The Texans are in New England to face the Patriots next Sunday.
