The Los Angeles Lakers didn’t make a lot of moves in the offseason.
In fact, some fans feel they didn’t make any at all.
But they did part ways with two people: former head coach Darvin Ham and Taurean Prince who both moved to the Milwaukee Bucks.
According to NBACentral, Prince said that Ham had a role in signing him with the Bucks.

Fans of the Lakers likely aren’t surprised by this statement from Prince.
Last season, it seemed that Ham turned to Prince often when they were with the Lakers.
He averaged 8.9 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.5 assists in LA and started in 49 of 78 games.
When the season came to a disappointing end, many people thought that Ham would be fired but the loss of Prince was a bit surprising.
But it’s clear that these two have a strong working relationship and enjoy their time together.
Now they will get a chance to achieve better postseason success with the Bucks.
Milwaukee is in a better position than the Lakers and there is a good chance they could be one of the most competitive teams in the East.
As for the Lakers, they have moved on from Ham and Prince and are hoping 2024-25 looks much better than 2023-24.
Before the Lakers, Prince played for the Atlanta Hawks, Brooklyn Nets, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Minnesota Timberwolves.
Now he is moving to Milwaukee and is hoping he gets a good chance at reaching the Finals.
Ham is also hoping for the same and both think a change of scenery could be exactly what they need.
