The Carolina Panthers have made a controversial decision with Bryce Young.

They moved on from Young just two games into the season, turning to Andy Dalton as if that was a major improvement.

Even if it were, it’s more than evident that this team has flaws all over the roster, and they would benefit more from getting another top-three draft pick as opposed to — unsuccessfully — trying to compete.

Not many people have faith in the Panthers right now.

Notably, that includes LeBron James.

In his latest appearance on Draft King’s GoJo and Golic, the four-time NBA champion claimed that everything was in disarray in Carolina right now.

He questioned their decision to seemingly move on from a former No. 1 pick just two games into the season.

More than that, he predicted that they wouldn’t be able to go on the road and beat the Las Vegas Raiders, so he has Antonio Pierce’s team getting the win to take their record to 2-1.

Truth be told, it’s hard to argue with that statement.

The Raiders have been sharp on defense this season.

They couldn’t keep it close in the season opener vs. the Los Angeles Chargers, but they held on and came back to beat the Baltimore Ravens, so they clearly have what it takes to compete.

As for the Panthers, their issues run way deeper than the quarterback position, and even if Andy Dalton does a better job, they still need to sort out a lot of things before anyone trusts them to win any game.
