“Sometimes when the shows have the same cast for so long, people are not being their true selves,” The Traitors alum shared. “So, now, I think bringing back some new energy, it’s gonna shake it up but in a good way. In a positive way.”
But before fans see Phaedra’s RHOA return, they can catch her compete on season 33 of DWTS, which premiered Sept. 17. As for how she’s feeling after her first week of competition?
“I’m very excited,” she told E!. “This is very physical, so it’s all about movement. This is not the ‘Electric Slide,’ this is very detailed, very organized, very planned.”
