The Carolina Panthers made the big decision this week to bench former first-overall draft pick Bryce Young in favor of veteran Andy Dalton.
Despite being seemingly disappointed in the decision, Young is still a man of the people.
Young took time on his walk to practice Wednesday to sign autographs for fans.
A fan told Young to “keep your head up” as he was signing his memorabilia.

Fans on social media have seen this, are very high on Bryce Young the person, and are hopeful that he can bounce back.
Tells you the character of that young man and he was raised right. Much props Bryce. Good things will come your way!

The Carolina Panthers simply have not done a good job of helping Bryce Young develop into a good NFL quarterback.
Young has already played for three different head coaches in just 18 games.
He has just two NFL Wins and only 11 career touchdown passes in his time with Carolina and clearly has not performed like his old Alabama self.
Having an anxious owner like David Tepper doesn’t help things either.
Now, Young will sit behind a former Pro Bowl quarterback in Dalton and try to learn a few things.
The greatest quarterbacks of this era, such as Aaron Rodgers and Patrick Mahomes, sat behind NFL legends at the beginning of their careers.
Perhaps after Young sits for a bit, he can get another opportunity to show off what he has learned.
But if he does not perform well when that opportunity possibly comes along, his Panthers career could be over in a heartbeat.
