And the 2024 Emmy Awards were no exception. Between hosts Eugene Levy and Dan Levy and all the stars who came out to celebrate, TV’s biggest night was chock-full of incredible moments after kicking off Sept. 15 at the Peacock Theater at L.A. Eugene and Dan proved that their father and son chemistry wasn’t just a fluke on their hit show Schitt’s Creek—which won nine Emmys during its six season run—but is just part of their natural relationship as they cracked jokes about everything from nominated shows like The Bear, Shogun and The Crown to nominated stars like Jennifer Aniston, Jeremy Allen White and the dynamic duo of Steve Martin and Martin Short.
After all, the Only Murders in the Building stars are pulling double duty as nominees and presenters, alongside costar Selena Gomez, who certainly looked delighted to be a part of the comedy team’s antics.
