‘Tulsa King’ Season 2 Streaming on Paramount Plus: Release Date and Time

Sylvester Stallone fans have something to look forward to in mid-September.

The Taylor Sheridan-created Paramount Plus series Tulsa King is nearing the start of its 10-episode second season. The show stars Stallone as a New York mafioso who ends up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, after spending 25 years in prison. Season 2 will find his character Dwight “The General” Manfredi, along with the crew he put together in season 1, focused on their growing criminal empire, according to a Paramount Plus synopsis. Threats like the Kansas City mob and a powerful local businessman will factor into the latest installment.

Season 2 of the show is executive-produced by Sheridan, Stallone, writer Terence Winter and director Craig Zisk. More Paramount Plus shows involving Sheridan, the co-creator of Yellowstone, include 1923, 1883, Mayor of Kingstown, Lawmen: Bass Reeves, Special Ops: Lioness and the upcoming series Landman. If you’re here for more Tulsa King, here’s when you can watch.

How to watch Tulsa King season 2

Paramount Plus is the only way to watch the crime drama series. In the US, the first episode will drop at midnight PT/3 a.m. ET. on Sept. 15, according to Paramount Plus. After the premiere, one new episode will arrive at that time every Sunday through Nov. 17.

The streaming service hiked monthly prices in August. Now, Paramount Plus Essential costs $8 per month, and Paramount Plus with Showtime costs $13 per month. The streamer’s annual plans did not increase. Existing monthly Showtime plan subscribers will pay more on or after Sept. 20, but existing Essential subs will be able to stick with their old $6 price.

Not sure if you want Paramount Plus Essential or Paramount Plus with Showtime? While Essential costs less, it also includes advertisements. You’ll see far less ads with Paramount Plus with Showtime, which only displays commercials on “live TV and a few shows.” The latter plan also throws in Showtime programming, the ability to download titles and your local live CBS station.
