There were plenty of people who commented on Wiggins’ output over the last couple of seasons.
He has taken multiple leaves of absence to deal with his family issues, although the specifics weren’t ever revealed.
However, it’s clear now that the health of his father was in decline and that was the cause of his time away from the game.
Devastating news, he really hasn’t been the same since his dad got sick. My deepest condolences to the Wiggins family. 🙏🙏

Some people are hoping that the loss of his father will inspire Wiggins to play even better in the upcoming season.
His output diminished last season and he averaged 13.2 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 1.7 assists.
Prayers for Andrew Wiggins and his family man… I’m really hoping he has an outbreak season now
