Donald Driver was a member of the Green Bay Packers from 1999 to 2012.
During that lengthy career, the wide receiver posted 743 catches for 10,137 yards and 61 touchdowns.
He was a four-time Pro Bowl selection and won Super Bowl XLV with the organization.
Although he is long retired from the game, Driver’s son, Cristian Driver, is picking up where his dad left off.
He recently scored his first collegiate touchdown as a receiver for the University of Minnesota.
Leading Rhode Island 17-0 in the third quarter, Gophers quarterback Max Brosmer connected with Driver for a 6-yard score.

The play not only marked the first touchdown of the younger Driver’s career, but it was also the first touchdown pass for Brosmer with the Golden Gophers.
Cristian Driver was a four-time all-state selection in high school, where he played at Liberty Christian in Argyle, Texas.
He was a four-star recruit and was ranked as the 13th-best safety in the nation as a senior.
His coach at Liberty Christian was Jason Witten, the former All-Pro tight end for the Dallas Cowboys and Las Vegas Raiders.
Driver then transferred to Penn State in 2022. He was recruited by the Nittany Lions as a safety and was switched to receiver before the 2023 season.
Last season, Driver primarily played on special teams and had just one reception for eight yards.
Not long after the season ended, Driver transferred to Minnesota and still has three seasons of eligibility remaining.
