It’s been more than two decades since the Las Vegas Raiders last won a playoff game.

Then known as the Oakland Raiders, they beat the Tennessee Titans in the 2003 AFC Championship Game but later lost to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Super Bowl XXXVII.

The Raiders have been consistently bad for the most part of the 21st century.

Notably, a lot of that has had to do with their never-ending revolving door at major positions.

That’s why it wasn’t much of a surprise to see several NFL agents calling them out in The Athletic’s yearly survey.

Several agents deemed the team the most unstable franchise in the league, trailing only the Carolina Panthers for that distinction.

Among the factors they considered, they talked about how Mark Davis has a tendency to make big changes after giving his employees little-to-no time to build their projects:

They pointed out that he hired Josh McDaniels and Dave Ziegler and then fired them after less than two seasons, and they will now have a first-year head coach in Antonio Pierce and a retread GM hire with Tom Telesco.

Agents believe that poorly run organizations aren’t good destinations for their clients, and until they stop that cycle and show some stability and some sort of strategy, they will have a tough time luring top-notch talent to Sin City.
