The Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles have packed their bags to kick off their season.

They’ll meet in Sao Paulo for the very-first NFL game taking place in Brazil, hoping to be the first of many more to come in the future.

With that in mind, Eagles insider Eliot Shorr-Parks took to X to share his scouting report of Matt LaFleur’s team, pointing out their strengths and weaknesses.

For starters, he raved about their offense and how good they were on third down with Jordan Love at the helm.

He believes Love could give them a lot of trouble if he gets time to operate, adding that they have an elite offensive line with four of five starters returning.

Shorr-Parks also gushed about their wide receivers trio, stating that they have all the tools they need to hurt opposing defenses: Size, athleticism, and speed, not to mention an elite running back in Josh Jacobs.

Per the insider, their defense could be an issue.

While they have an elite pass-rushing tandem, their secondary has underperformed for years, up to the point where they were 22nd in points-per-drive allowed and 25th on third-down defense last season.

Then again, with a new defensive coordinator like Jeff Hafley in place, they could and should be better next season.

On paper, the Eagles have more than enough firepower and talent on both sides of the field to match up with pretty much every single team in the league, including the Packers.

Still, this should be one of the most exciting matchups of the season.
