The First Berserker Khazan is My Favorite Game at Gamescom, So Far
I just got done playing the first berserker Kazan here at Games com and I gotta tell you, I’ve only been on the show floor for two days, but this is probably my game of the show so far. Kazan is a souls like action game, but with much faster combat, think Devil May Cry or Bayonetta. And it has a gorgeous cell shaded anime art style. During my demo, I played the game opening mission to learn the combat and then got to take on a late game boss that fight had a lot of special attacks and equipment already unlocked for me. And I really got to see how powerful and deadly you can become in this game with that said, I definitely died a lot during my time with it. There’s a closed beta test happening October 11th through 20th and the game launches early 2025.
