There’s a new streaming perk on the menu for some DoorDash users with DashPass.
DashPass is DoorDash’s membership program that offers benefits such as reduced service fees on eligible orders. It costs $10 per month or $96 per year. As of Tuesday, eligible DashPass members on the annual plan in the US can get an ad-supported Max streaming subscription at no extra cost.
Max with commercials typically costs $10 per month or $100 per year. If you’d prefer to stream without ad interruptions, you can pay $11 per month on top of having an annual DashPass membership to upgrade from Max With Ads to Max Ad-Free. Usually, the commercial-free version of Max runs $17 per month or $170 per year.
If you’re currently on the monthly DashPass plan, you can switch to annual and get in on the Max deal. Warner. Bros. Discovery’s streaming service is home to HBO and programming from brands such as HGTV, TLC, Adult Swim, Cartoon Network and more. As part of another food delivery-streaming service team-up, you can get free ad-supported Peacock with Instacart’s membership program, Instacart Plus.
